[cisco-voip] Monitoring a 2nd Line

Create his second ext on his phone as you would usually do. Then go into
UNITy and search for this user. on the left hand side you will see a menu
option labeled "Alternate Extensions" in there put in his second ext that
you also want to be included with his main #.
