[cisco-voip] Unity 4.2 Call handlers question

Hey Guys,

Ive sort of ran into an issue which im sure has a simple work around, i just
cant figure it out.
I built a call handler that basically asks callers to type in an extension,
then it forwards them to it.
When they do, the prompts tell them that the ext is not available and asks
them to leave a VM.
None of my other Call handlers that i built in the past on this same system
are doing this, only this new one.
Any help would be appreciated.
