It's the same screen where you would insert telephones with BAT. From
CallManager Administration, pull down the Application menu, then click
on BAT. In BAT, click on "Configure" then on "Phones"

You should be able to go directly to it here, substituting your
publisher's name or address.

Be careful with this on a production system. These reports can slam the
database server pretty hard and you could experience some slow response
times in call handling, even if you aren't near the margins of your
server's capabilities.
