[cisco-voip] Real time call monitoring

I did a perl script once to monitor gateway PRI's with Syslog messages.
Call connects and disconnects generate syslog messages on the PRI side,
which provide numbers (inbound/outbound) on the PRI call leg. I'd have to
expand the script to query the gateway to find the voip leg of the call.
The script updated a database table, from which a web table could be
regularily generated for PRI usage monitoring.
