[cisco-voip] callmanager 6 + opera = better gui performance

It's not a big risk because they come in through meeting place so you
can keep an eye on what TAC is doing and then disable the root access
account when they are done.

I was going to say, I've worked in and with many organizations where 
vendor remote-access is a big security no-no.
