[cisco-voip] Group Speed dials

Thanks for the suggestion. I have been finding a lot of material on a
speeddial.xml but the information I am coming across is not clear of where
these entries show up. It appears as if they show up in the Local Directory
but isn't that where the directory of added users show up?

Curt,

The directory that is updated either through placing
them underneath telephony-service or using the GUI can
be dialed using the fast-dial softkey that appears
when you press a digit sequence that corresponds to a
directory entry. This is my understanding of how it
works anyway.
