[cisco-voip] "party is on the phone" feedback message.

But I do want the call-waiting type functionality. So when I call a
person who is on the phone, I want it to ring them like normal, but in
the status section on the bottom of my phone I want it to tell me that
they are already on a call while I'm hearing the ring back tone.

how about setting you max calls to 1 and then CFWDBusy greeting?
