[cisco-voip] SRST - Forwarding extensions off-net

Our normal configuration has calls which come into the main number at one of
our branch sites forwarding to a 4-digit extension at headquarters.  When in
SRST mode, I need the same to occur via PSTN.  How do I accomplish this?  (I
am running a fairly old SRST version, I think, but I am not sure how to
tell...I am assuming it is 2.1).

Example:
Normal (CCM available)
Call comes in via PRI to the branch office carrying DID 5520.  This phone is
set to CFA to 6620

SRST
Call coms in via PRI to branch office carrying DID 5520.  Call should
redirect to 14445556020

I need this to be configurable per phone.
