[cisco-voip] TEHO information tracking

I use the following spreadsheet. The second worksheet has more columns that I will eventually add to the first. It helps figure out the regexp that I will use with the route filter and approximate the total number of characters in each filter statement. I then copy the actual statement from CallManager to the spreadsheet and get the actual character count.

As far as updating the actual areacodes and exchanges, I wrote a quick shell script that downloads a particular list of local calling exchanges from www.localcallingguide.com and then compares it to the previous version. This comparison happens once a week and continues emailing me the differences until I consciously update CallManager and then move the updated files to the file to compare.

  Does anyone have a spreadsheet or something similar they use to track TEHO implementation? I'm looking for some ideas otherwise I'll just start my own and tweak it from there. Something for 70+ sites.
