[cisco-voip] hunt groups + hunting with analog lines for inbound calls

Need to involve the telco.  Unless the lines are provisioned as DID 
trunks (which they aren't) they are not going to pass you any DNIS 
information down the line, one to one correlation between physical port 
and the respective phone number.
