[cisco-voip] BARS errors

I have gotten this error now with both versions 4.0.11 and 4.0.10:
  "The BARS bin file version does not match with the BARS version"
and then:
  "Could not determine CM version"
and at the end this message:
  "Backup operation completed with warnings and errors. For more
                details, please go through the backup logs."
I then have to uninstall and reinstall BARS or update to a newer
version.
Has anyone else had this?
