[cisco-voip] IPCC web page not comming up

Has anyone had an issue where if you have a short cut to
http://x.x.x.38/CRALogin/AppAdminLogin it goes to done but displays
nothing?

 

I'm running IPCCx 4.0.1 / CM 4.1 and AD 2k3 integration.
