[cisco-voip] Callmanager 5 license question on publisher and subscriber

Hello,

Q1. Is the license needed for ccm 5 for publisher and subscriber or
only for publisher is enough?

Q2. When changing the password for a publisher, does it synchronize
automatically to the subsciber or do we need to change both publisher
and subscriber?
