[cisco-voip] ata 186 fax problems ccm 4.1.3 mgcp gateway2851

hi 
i got CCM 4.1.3 and 2851 router and  ata186 for fax using. I use pri line for faxes.
everything is ok except when the time came sending fax..Sometimes i can send succesfully but mostly i got fail.Also  receiving fax  is problem.

2851 config is below:
