Here is an older doc that covers how to get AVVID software.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/
products_qanda_item09186a00802262ed.shtml

The part numbers listed only go through 4.0 but the contacts should
remain the same.

This may be the section applicable to you.

Q. If the part/CD set the customer needs does not show up as an
available option through the Product Upgrade Tool (PUT), but the
customer believes they have purchased a Cisco Software Application
Support Plus Upgrades (SASU) contract for the product, where should
the customer be directed?

     A. Refer the customer to their Service Sales Representative (SSR).

        1. Look up the contract number with the help of the Service
Contract Center tool.
        2. Select Login to SCC New Interface.
        3. Enter the contract number in the Quick Search.
        4. The SSR is listed on the right hand side.

The SSR verifies the purchase and then adds the needed part
number to the contract. The upgrade is offered through the Product
Upgrade Tool (PUT) within a few minutes

Hi

I need to get my hands on a 4.2.1 install kit but when I request an
upgrade from Cisco fulfillment I get the 4.2.3 discs. Does anyone
know if there's a number I can call (or some other means) to get the
version I need?

thanks
