[cisco-voip] Cisco TSP and WIndows XP SP2

Hi,
Does anyone else have issues with the Cisco TSP and Windows XP? I installed it and it works fine sometimes, but other times does not connect and debug traces show it can't connect to server. Then after a few reboots of PC with no software changes, it decides to start working fine and connects and I see Cisco lines available.
I have a client that can't get Cisco TSP to connect to their call manager with Windows XP also, and everything checks out fine and traces show it keeps trying to connect then times out. Not seeing the attempt on call manager side in traces I've done. The windows firewall is disabled and no other firewall apps are installed on the PC, etc. They are able to use attendant console, CAD, etc fine with no problem on PCs they have tried.
Thanks for any tips anyone may have to make this work better or find out where the issue is.
