Not a problem. Nothing service related uses the local administrator or the
CCMAdministrator account. Biggest issue you'll have is that IIS will cache
the old password so it will still work for a while along with the new one.
You can restart IIS to clear it but that will impact EM while it's down.

I need to change the CCMAdministrator and the local administrator passwords
on CallManager 4.1 without changing any of the service passwords or the DC
Directory password.
The key thing here is I need to do this during production (we do not have a
maintenance window) without upsetting our call center (UCCx 4.0(4) or
Extension Mobility)...
How?
