[cisco-voip] Address Book Sync and Outlook w/Exchange

Hi,

I am aware the address book sync plugin does outlook if in internet only mode, and on cisco netpro there was thread where someone had posted registry workaround on users PC so it could see all their contacts in exchange, etc. 

The sync see's the contacts and saids 400 got put in their personal address book on CCM but when they go look at their personal address book on the phone or CCMUser page it only is showing 23 of them from outlook. Doing a sync again doesn't add anymore...  Does anyone know if there is a log file anywhere or something it is looking for to sync these up? 

Or maybe a better way.  They have a user with IP Communicator that wants to be able to use their contacts in outlook with IP Communicator without having to enter numbers. We have tried the Cisco TSP plugin but that seems to be wonky at times and not very reliable.
