[cisco-voip] Disable Audio Tuning Wizard in IP Communicator, permanently

I have about sixty IPC clients, using PCs remotely.

Customer wants the Tuning wizard to go away, permanently. They would also
like to be able to do this via a script, if possible.

I found the AudioTuningWizardStrings.xml file, but I am not sure what to
change to disable the wizard altogether.

Any ideas?
