[cisco-voip] cti route point not found?

It will eventually be used for a ICD queue.  I looked at my jtapi users
and its associated with the RP. I guess I really need to find a pdf or
something with clear instructions on how to build a darn queue! J

Depends on the route point.  I have a route point that is just set to
sent DID's to VM.  It does not register either.  Now if it's a IPCC RP
then it has to do with Jtapi and associations of the RP to the Jtapi
user.

 

What does the RP do?

Im being asked to create a new Ipcc express queue, so I goto my call
manager (4.1) and create a new cti route point. After I add a DN, I go
back to the main screen (listing all the other cti route points) and see
the one I have created is not found. 

 

Being thrust into this world, im not sure what I need to do to make this
registered? Any pointers ?
