[cisco-voip] cti route point not found?

IPCCx 4.0 will do everything for you when you create the trigger. It
may not like the fact that the CTI RP is already there. Go ahead and
delete it out of CM, then create the trigger and let IPCC do its
thing. It should ask for the username/password of the CCMAdmin user
and then ask for all of the info required to create the RP.

What version of IPCC Express are you running? Newer versions will
create the route point for you and take care of the association, etc.

Creating the trigger is what got me to lookin for the route point being
registered. When I went to make the trigger, and I put in the route
point info in the Ipcc express server, it failed to find the route
point.
I have seen that the RP is tied to my JTAPI user, so im not sure.
Thanks.

You of course also need to add the trigger in IPCC. It does you no
good to create the CTI RP and associate it to your Jtapi user if the
app doesn't know to use it.

I don't have a system in front of me, but I believe there is a user in
your global directory on CallManager for an IPCC user. You need to add
the route point as an associated device to that user.

Im being asked to create a new Ipcc express queue, so I goto my call
manager (4.1) and create a new cti route point. After I add a DN, I go
back to the main screen (listing all the other cti route points) and see
the one I have created is not found.
Being thrust into this world, im not sure what I need to do to make this
registered? Any pointers ?
