[cisco-voip] CCM service terminates at 4am

Anyone know of any particular bugs causing ccm to terminate itself shortly after 4am every 6-7 days? Have 2 completely different clusters where this happens shortly after 4am every 6-7 days. No Dr Watson, and nothing noticable in CCM or SDL traces other then callmanager failure. Have been to TAC on this also.
One cluster is on CCM 3.3(5)sr1a w/OS 2000.2-7sr5 and other cluster is on 3.3(5)sr1 w/OS 2000.2-7sr7
Just was wondering if anyone else ran into this, etc before we do updates and hope for best.
