[cisco-voip] Cisco CAR

I did an upgrade of CM over the holiday break, but forgot to install CAR
until a few weeks afterwards. In looking at the CDRs I see them going a ways
back, but when I run a report it only gives me the option of reporting on
dates since install of CAR forward. Is there a way to get those other
records imported?
