[cisco-voip] Configuring BLF in the CCM 5.0(4)

Group,
I have CCM 5.0(4), and I am trying to cofigure BLF on the CP-7914, but I
am not successefull. Also, I have a TAC case and engineer is useless
:-(. Does one of you has a step by step instructions how to set up the
BLF because CCO documentation is very light :-(. 
 
I would appriciate any help but tomorrow I will escalate the case......
