[cisco-voip] cant dial from outlook

ccme 3.3 2851 router 

i installed iostsp.exe but when i try to call from outlook i get an error .

' an internal error occured in the automatic phone dialer. Close the dial phone box and try again

windows  xp outlook2003

any idea:
