[cisco-voip] Route Pattern for International Dialing

I am trying to setup international dialing and am running into an issue with
our current route patterns.  I am looking to create a new route pattern
7.011! for international dialing and associating it with our PSTN Gateway,
however there is a note on the CM page that states that any update to the
route pattern automatically resets the associated gateway. I do not want to
interrupt any current calls going out our PSTN gateway.  So the question is
does this really reset the associated gateway?
