[cisco-voip] Proxy Server in front of Call Manager (CCMUSER)

Hello all,
I am running CCM 4.1.3.  I have been tasked with putting a Proxy Server
out in front of the Call Manager so that
user's can login using ccmuser and edit their speed dials.  
 
Are there any instructions or how-to's on  how to set this up?
