>From a command prompt type "passworutils <dcd password>", replace the
"<dcd password>" with your DCD password. Assuming the DCD page woks you
can also copy the dcd password from the "Directory Configuration"
section of the registry, "MGRPW".

How do you change the ldap password from directoryconfiguration.ini
