[cisco-voip] Change date in CallManager

Just change the time on the servers (or the NTP server where they get time
from).

In the US we have a hilarious little thingy happening, our Daylight Savings
Time date is changing... Cisco hasn't released a patch for CCM...

However, for those of you curious, here is the fix:
