[cisco-voip] prefix for only outlook calls?

Hi

i use 2851 ccme router. i call outside  with the dial-peer below.

dial-peer voice 5 pots
 destination-pattern 9T
 port 0/0/0:15

problem >> I wanna call from outlook. but when i try to call from outlook calls fail. Because contact list numbers not start with 9. 
fro example   0533 2176396  ... 
and .i dont wanna edit number   as 90533 2176396..  
because here we talk about more than 1000 numbers.. 
how can add prefix 9 for calls which comes from outlook. i think  i can not do this in the router coz this time normal ip phone calls will fail.
i tried to add prefix 9  from microsoft dialing properties but it didnt work
