[cisco-voip] ODP: Meetingplace question

I believe MPE in Vmware is possible however I have not been successfull. Everything works but the MP_APP service fails with an 'ERROR=1' which is not very usefull. 
 
Has anyone seen a procedure for this? I found a URL via google, however its in Chinese.

 I babeled it and got a reasonable result. 
Does any one know of a documented process?

which one?
Meetingplace Express (vmware is possible)
Meetingplace Express VT (vmware is possible)
Meetingplace Enterprise ? (vmware don`t know)
