It thinks you are dialing into VM since it sees your extension as
calling VM. I'm assuming 7000 is your VM Hunt Pilot?
If so, I would just configure 5000 as the default greeting on Unity.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Voice Mail Problems
Running CCM 4.1(3) and Unity 4.0(2).
For our location when a person dials (xxx) xxx-5000 "From the outside"
and 5000 "From the Inside" it hits a Translation Pattern on the CM which
transforms the number to 7000 which is our first Voice mail number. When
you call from the outside you get (like are supposed to) the Voice Mail
Attendant, when calling from the inside it ask for your password like
you are trying to check your vmail. I just noticed this today it has
been working fine, to my knowledge nothing has changed and I went
through the setting and can't see what's wrong.
What am I missing?
