You can also reset the ATA and look at the servers event viewer application log to see what MAC is of device that unregistered ...or trying to register if it is not configured in CCM.

My first thought is that perhaps you are browsing to the wrong ATA. I
can't even count how many times I've done that, but then I have about
100 of them to choose from.

Beyond that, perhaps the hardware in the box has been changed out?

If you are indeed browsing to the correct ATA, I would think that the
one reported on the page would be correct.

Perhaps arp can help verify that the IP address and MAC address match.
