[cisco-voip] 7971's displaying wrong time on CME 4.X

I have another customer complaining same problem.  Only one phone out of
15 has a 5 hour difference.  I'd open a TAC case.

Hello all,
 
Did anyone ever come across an issue on CME where the time displayed on
the 7971's are not getting the offset configured by NTP? I have all the
commands I do believe see below:
 
 
Originally the correct time would display on the 7940's but not the 41's
and 61's and 71's then using this post I fixed the problem on the 41's
and 61's but the 71's are still messed up
