It depends on what sort of lines you have connected to the VoIP system.
If you have standard analog lines coming in to your VoIP based system,
one of them could have an existing number moved from centrex to that new
line.
If it's an ISDN PRI, they can definitely move that number onto your new
line.
Just a matter of asking the phone company to do it. I believe they are
now required by law to port any number you want from anywhere to
anywhere (at least in the US).
