Group,
customer has a CCM cluster with three CCMs - PUB(10.10.125.10),
SUB1(10.10.125.9) and SUB2(10.10.125.8). CCM is 4.1(3)Sr2 on the OS
2000.4.3aSr3. All three CCMs are on the same switch (Cat 6500) on the
same Line Card. Last week we add a new subscriber SUB2 (10.10.125.8)
into the cluster. Entire cluster was rebooted after we add a new SUB.
We cannot corelate this message with the adding a new SUB into the
cluster.
We are getting a following message for the both SUBs:
Error: SDLLinkOOS - SDL link to remote application out of service.
Local node ID: 2
Local Application ID.: 100
Remote IP address of remote application: 10.10.125.10
RemoteNodeID: 1
Remote application ID.: 100
Unique Link ID.: 2:100:1:100
App ID: Cisco CallManager
Cluster ID: MIACALLMGR-Cluster
Node ID: 10.10.125.9
Explanation: This alarm indicates that the local Cisco CallManager has
lost communication with the remote Cisco CallManager. This alarm usually
indicates network errors or a nonrunning remote Cisco CallManager.
Recommended Action: Investigate why the remote Cisco CallManager is not
running or whether a network problem exists..
Also this message is followed with the message from the RTMT:
LowCallManagerHeartBeatRate
Any ideas ? I have a TAC case but.... :-)))
