[cisco-voip] Swapping a Phone

As if it it the same model it's just like that . Simple MAC exchange .

OK, so we've had our first broken Cisco phone!  So I call TAC (always a
joy, not) to get it replaced.
So the new phone is here.  We're still using the old one, cause it
works, it's just the holder portion broke. 
How do I go into CCM and setup the new phone to do everything the old
phone does?
Is it as simple as "editing" the existing phone to change it to the new
MAC of the new phone???
