[cisco-voip] increase the volumen on the handset speaker?

Hello,

some of our customers are complaining that the volume of their handset
(Cisco 7941 - G711 codec) ist to low even after setting it to maximum
volume.

Is it possible to increase the volume somehow in the callmanager settings
or maybe on the phone itself?

We use a H.323 Gateway with CallManager 4.2(3). Software version of the
phones is: SCCP41.8-0-4SR1S.
