  smartnet for phones has dropped drastically in the last year or so. i believe it's down to 10 bucks a year.

  while i'm not condoning such action, i doubt that Cisco will send out an engineer to ensure a phone is working _before_ you put it on smartnet. ;)

    Does anyone know of a place that physically repairs/refurbishes cisco phones?  We have about 30 phones with bad hook switches and it seems like a shame to just throw them away.
