that would have to be a router based MGCP gateway then, I don't think there are any chances for 6608s.

I would guess that even if you are using MGCP on your
gateway, you can still use voice translation rules on
the gateway to block such calls. I could be wrong
however.
I don't see any harm in trying it out though.
