[cisco-voip] using Microsoft IAS to collect accounting details from router

I'm trying to set up Microsoft IAS to collect accounting details from a router (for CDRs during SRST) and I'm having no luck. I can see the packets get all the way to the server, so it's not the network or ACLs, etc, but something to do with the IAS server itself (pretty sure).

Dang thing is, there's very little to actually configure on the thing. The router is saying they are all timing out and or failing out.

Anyone got any pointers? Basically I don't see the log file being created in the directory they say they will be, and of course, the timeouts on the router.
