From SQL Query Analyzer run 'sp_who2' and see what is taking up the
cpu. It could have been anything from a service run amok to somebody
doing a database shrink or query.

Don’t know what it was….. but it has now stopped. I’ve never seen
this before. At least not during the day.
Time for the event logs.
Thanks
Scott

What can I do without a reboot to kill the CPU utilization problem.
SQL is using over 90% CPU.
CM 4.1.3es100
OS 4.4asr7
Thanks
Scott
PS. I’ll be rebooting tonight ;-)
