[cisco-voip] Tcl Ivr Help

Hi,
I wrote IVR script with tcl ivr ver 2.0. it works good but there's one
little problem.
when user press # the call disconnect and say that enter new destination but
i want to say the remaining credit. when i authenticate with radius after
disconnect the radius return nothing. any solution ?????
