[cisco-voip] "No participant info" when press "Join" softkey

Hi All,

I am getting this error message on the phone "No participant info"
when pressing the join softkey.

Here's the steps:
1>A called B
2>B placed A on hold
3>B called C
4>B pressed "Join" softkey. Getting "No participant info" and "invalid
conference participant"

There is no problem when doing it this way.
1>A called B
2>B placed A on hold
3>B called C
4>B resumes call to A
4>B pressed "Join" softkey and conference.

It seems that "Join" softkey doesn't work when the active call is the
second caller. Is this the right behavior? Phone should always go to
the first line before pressing the "Join" softkey?

CCM System version: 5.0.4.2000-1
IP Phone 7912 Software Version 8.0.1(051117A)
