[cisco-voip] Removal of the "From" when a call comes into phone

Just a request by a customer. All it really boils down to is that its human nature that you get use to something and when something new comes you want it to work the same way. I think is funny how everyone wants new things or the latest stuff but are unwilling to really let go of the past.
In my opinion, who cares, you see the number or name of the person calling; you do not have to read the From.

Just curious - any specific reason why

I also thought about this a while ago when I worked on an IPCC express solution and the cti ports come in as From......corporate customer as an example

Has anyone seen/done or can it be done of removing the "From" Statement of the Calling Information that is displayed on the phone when a call is coming in?
