[cisco-voip] subscriber down. How can I set the publishertoregister all the phones by default.

CallManager Groups -> reset the order to pub then sub.

DHCP..... TFTP option..... Pub rather then the Sub

In CallManager 4.1,  where can I set te publisher to register all the
phones, while I troubleshoot the subscriber, so the phones don't  try to
register to the subscriber again while I am troubleshooting the
subscriber?
