[cisco-voip] MediaMaster error in Unity 4.2.1

We have just built a new Unity server 4.2.1, and we are getting the
following error whenever we do anything through the System Admin page:
 
 
 
Has anyone seen this and have any ideas?  Everything we do seems to work
fine, but this is really annoying.
