Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity message forwarding, remove annotation
Does anyone know if it is possible to forward a message in unity via the
TUI without including the annotation that was left on the forward?
For example:
Joe receives a message from an angry customer. Joe forwards the message
to his supervisor Sally and includes a short message about the
customer's mood. Sally wants to forward the message on to Derek in the
billing department but sally doesn't want to forward Joe's comments
about the customer to Derek.
Is there a way to remove the annotations?
Thanks
