IPPhone callForwarder
Mittwoch, 18 Mai 2005
NEW version 2!
This new version brings to the user the ability of defining and setting
the call forwards from the IP Phone. When selecting the IP Phone
callForwarder service, a menu with all available lines will appear.
After selecting the line the user wishes to set the forward on, a new
menu containing the forward definitions will show on screen. Only those
forwarding parameters definied by the Administrator will be displayed.
These parameters will show the actual forward destination. The user can
then set any of these callForwards.
It adds the callForwardNoCoverage and NoAnswerRingDuration parameters to
the configuration.
version 1
This tool allows users to set call forwarding from their IP phones. It's
possible to set and clear the forwards for all the lines of the phone.
It allows to set callForwardAll,
callForwardNoAnswer and callForwardBusy.
The administrator can define an IP Phone service for each of the three
types of forwards depending on the necesities of the enterprise.
NOTE: for callForwardBusy to be effective the 'busy trigger' should be
define so that
the line doesn't accept multiple simultaneous calls.
