[cisco-voip] Converting from 4-digit to 5-digit

I am installing a CallManager and Unity which will integrate with an
Avaya PBX. Unity will be PIMG integrated to the Avaya and some users
will keep Avaya Phones and their 4-digit extensions. Cisco users will
have 5-digit extensions.
All users will have Unity voice mail accounts whether they are on the
CallManager or PIMG integration. I would like everyone's Unity mailbox
to have a 5-digit extension. Existing Avaya DNs will have a 1 added to
the front of the extension. How can I have the Avaya users identified
with a 5 digit extension in Unity while letting them keep using the
4-digit DN until migrated over?
